In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nFixed-term contract: 6 months + 6 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee after this period.\nMonday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.\nHybrid working model: work remotely one week per month.\nOffice location: Carnaxide, Portugal.\n Key Responsibilities\nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.\nSource, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.\nScreen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.\nEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nMonitor recruitment metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.\n Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.\nExperience recruiting for high-volume or commercial roles is a plus;
