One place where Autodesk excels is connecting these entities in the AEC ecosystem together in a collaboration platform, and at the heart of that is our Forma Administration organization.\nIn our Forma Administration organization, we develop various services for managing:\n- Users & Business Relationships\n- Collaboration Spaces\n- Workflows & Data\nResponsibilities\nBe the voice of the customer, especially the workspace administrator persona, by bringing deep user and market insights to our engineering and leadership teams\n\nOwn the full product lifecycle: from early discovery and concept testing to launch, go-to-market, enablement, and adoption\n\nDeliver a consistent, intuitive workspace setup experience across all Autodesk products\n\nLead the launch of public APIs (create, read, update, delete) to empower integration and extensibility\n\nSupport regionalization by evolving workspace capabilities to meet diverse global compliance and user needs\n\nBuild tools that enable Admins to easily configure settings, define custom properties, and manage business units\n\nAPI-first development and platform product management (building for developers - not just UI)\n\nCommunicating succinctly and accurately\n\nExpressing ideas through imagery & prototypes (eg Lovable, Figma Make, etc)\n\nFocusing on understanding the customer problem, not the solution\n\n Minimum Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management (e.g. Salesforce, Shopify, Adobe, OpenText)\n\nProduct leadership experience focused on admin or purchaser personas, or hands-on experience as a software administrator (e.g., Salesforce Admin)\n\nStrong communication and storytelling skills are required, whether you're creating a product wiki, running a customer session, or presenting to leadership\n\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear, approachable ideas\n\nYou thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are energized by learning and growth\n\nClear understanding of how to define and track success metrics and KPIs\n\nA passion for precision: You're intentional with language and messaging in both customer and R&D conversations\n\nLearn More\nAbout Autodesk\nWelcome to Autodesk! For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $142,000 and $207,900. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
