This role is pivotal in leading the successful implementation of Autodesk technologies for enterprise customers across Japan’s industrial and construction sectors.\nAs part of the Technical Advisory (TA) organization, you will translate complex business challenges into actionable, scalable, and technically sound solutions. This is not just a strategic role-it requires hands-on implementation and collaboration with some of Japan’s most innovative and demanding clients. You will contribute directly to real-world transformation through advanced technologies like BIM, cloud platforms, factory automation, and digital workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeploy Autodesk solutions for enterprise clients in the fields of product design, digital manufacturing, and/or building lifecycle management\n\nExecute full implementation cycles including configuration, development, workflow automation, and integration\n\nApply expertise in Autodesk tools such as Inventor, Vault, Fusion 360, Revit, and ACC to deliver value-focused solutions\n\nProvide practical consulting in domains such as BIM, factory automation, cloud infrastructure, resource/material planning, and supply chain integration\n\nServe as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful delivery\n\nFacilitate training sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs\n\nEnsure quality and consistency through structured planning and iterative delivery\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).\n\nStrong experience in product design, manufacturing, or architectural project execution\n\nProficiency in Autodesk technologies:\nManufacturing: Inventor, Vault, Fusion 360\n\nAEC: Revit, BIM 360, ACC\n\nKnowledge in at least one of the following:\nFactory operations, cloud platforms, inventory/resource management, scripting/API\n\nBIM practices (LOD, ISO 19650)\n\nJapanese building regulations and approval processes\n\nFluent in Japanese; English proficiency preferred\n\nDemonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute technical work independently\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in building materials, modular construction, or industrial product manufacturing\n\nExperience delivering consulting or implementation services for enterprise-scale projects\n\nFamiliarity with supply chain systems, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise integration\n\nKnowledge of Python, C++, or web-based development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)\n\nExperience with Digital Twin, AR/VR/MR, and advanced data management\n\nProactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities\n\nA leadership mentality aligned with Autodesk’s mission to lead innovation in the design and make industries\n\nLearn More\nAbout Autodesk\nWelcome to Autodesk!
