Autodesk’s solutions also help students, educators, and casual creators unlock their creative potential with user-friendly applications\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with customers to assess the scope of their Autodesk product customization and configuration requirements\n\nAnalyzecustomer business requirements and design, develop, customize, configure, and integrate scalable solutions across Autodesk products in the Architecture, Engineering,Construction (AEC)and Design & Manufacturing (D&M) portfolios,leveragingAutodesk APIs, SDKs, extensibility frameworks, and cloud platforms.\n\nDevelop written specifications to capture business requirements for proposed solutions and configurations\n\nWork independently and with internal team members to estimate effort levels\n\nCollaborate with internal resourcing managers to create project plans for yourself and supporting team members\n\nDesign system architecture, document implementation plans, and create detailed system designs\n\nDrive technical design reviews, establish engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators across consulting engagements.\n\nDeliver tailored and configured solutions based on Autodesk core products in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or Design and Manufacturing (D&M) domain\n\nBuild trust with clients at all levels and establish a problem-solving relationship with both clients and colleagues\n\nIdentify business requirements, functional designs, process designs (workflow mapping), testing, and training needs\n\nContribute to Autodesk’s intellectual property and resources by developing methods and sales materials\n\nLead training and adoption initiatives for customers\n\nWork with your team toidentifyprocess and technology improvement opportunities that will enhance the team’s ability to meet customer needs and scale.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nA 4-yearbachelor's degree in civil/mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution\n\n7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET full-stack application development.\n\nHands-on experience customizing, configuring, and integrating Autodesk products across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) and Design & Manufacturing (D&M) portfolios using Autodesk APIs, SDKs, and extensibility frameworks. Experience with one or more Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D,ACC,Vault Professional, Inventor, Fusion Manage, or Autodesk Platform Services (APS) is preferred.\n\nStrong experience developing modern web applications usingJavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks such asReactJS.\n\nStrong experience designing and developing scalable backend applications using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and modern software design patterns.\n\nStrong experience in designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs/Web APIs using ASP.NET/.NET Core, including integrating Autodesk product APIs, SDKs, and cloud services with enterprise applications.\n\nRequired experience in Database Schema Design, SQL Server queries,Entity Framework,and working with NoSQL, SQL Server, or Graph DB\n\nExperience using Git, Azure DevOps, and modern source control and collaborative development practices.\n\nExperience developing and deploying cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure API Management, etc.), Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted software development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and Generative AI concepts is an advantage.\n\nExperience in product development is a good to have.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong self-motivation and ability to engage with both external and internal stakeholders\n\nExcellent vision and creativity, with the ability to integrate multiple products into cohesive solutions for customers\n\nStrong understanding of Autodesk product ecosystems across AEC and D&M, with the ability to design end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging Autodesk products, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.\n\nProven ability to design, develop, and test business solutions through effective workflows\n\nSkilled in documenting and understanding current state processes\n\nOpen to new ideas, methods, and learnings, with a quick ability to implement them\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to communicate technical details at both granular levels and for high-level planning/status reporting to executives and stakeholders\n\nAbility to lead, follow, and support others as required\n\nCapable of leading and supporting account and project planning discussions\n\nSkilled in resolving customer issues with an innovative, “can-do” approach\n\nPassion for continuous learning and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development, cloud-native architectures, and Autodesk platform innovations.\n\nLearn More\nAbout Autodesk\nWelcome to Autodesk!
