If you want to work close to what customers use daily, and have a chance at green-field ownership, this is the place.\nWhat You'll Work On\nBuild and improve the workflows customers use every day, from scheduling and parts management to reporting.\nSolve hard product problems: dense, data-heavy interfaces, large datasets, offline behaviour and multi-site scale.\nOn our newly formed teams, shape architecture and engineering practices from the ground up.\nMake complex workflows feel simple on desktop and mobile.\nThe Role\nShip features end to end, from planning through production.\nPartner directly with Product Managers and Designers to shape your team's roadmap, not just execute against it.\nOwn a feature area or system's long-term health: reliability, performance, and the parts of the codebase nobody notices until they break.\nReview code and mentor other developers on your team.\nRaise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices.\nOur core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL.
