While we support hybrid work, you will\nneed to travel to our customer site and required to come to office when required.\nYou will report to a consulting manager and work directly with our customers to offer consulting services including process improvement and\nimplementation strategies, software training, configuration, mentoring and technical guidance. Providing these services will ensure customers are\nmaximizing the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies and ensuring the success of transformational changes to their business. You will also\ntrack the value of the solutions we deliver and the scale at which they are adopted.\nResponsibilities\nWork with Autodesk's customers to implement construction solutions related to document management, data management, field workflows and handover/ turnover analysis, improvement and implementation of processes and workflows\nLead consulting engagements with customers, and document the value delivered during those engagements\nApply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflows\nConfigure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements\nGuide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use cases\nDefine migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk products\nCollaborate with customers, external partners, and Autodesk team members to provide solutions and resolve technical issues\nProvide feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvements\nCollaborate with Autodesk account teams to define Customer Success Plans and customer engagements\nProvide mentoring to customers to improve adoption\nProvide mentoring to partners to promote the scalable delivery of related services\nContribute to task estimation and scoping including scope clarification with customers\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or engineering (or equivalent experience)\nFive years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on the delivery of digital solutions across a business enterprise\nExperience of the following construction industry processes:\nPreconstruction / Document Management / Project Management / Quality Management / Safety Management / Handover / Work Packaging\nExperience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to teams and customers\nDemonstrated abilities related to strategy, innovation, project management, change management, business process optimization, and communications\nExperience guiding decisions and closing on issues\nExperience working with diverse technical, sales, and project delivery teams\nKnow how to operate under structured project management\nCan break down complex topics into a common language understandable by non-technical/business-oriented audiences\nPreferred Qualifications\nAutodesk product expertise (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit) and experience using them\nKnowledge of competitor solutions in the construction industry\nAdvanced experience developing and allowing workflow processes between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners\nExperience developing and sustaining a digital delivery solution portfolio\nExperience driving change at the enterprise level\nFamiliarity with ISO 19650\nLearn More\nAbout Autodesk\nWelcome to Autodesk!
