Through technical guidance, consulting, and adoption services, you will support customers in improving workflows, increasing collaboration, and driving successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.\nYou will join the Technical Adoption group within Customer Success-a collaborative team that values continuous learning, professional growth, and customer success. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations accelerate adoption and realize the full potential of Autodesk products and platforms.\nYou will report to the Manager, Technical Adoption, EMEA. We support hybrid or remote working anywhere in Germany.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a related field\nExperience working with AEC construction project workflows across the project lifecycle\nExpert knowledge of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data Management\nKnowledge of the German construction industry, with established networks that enable you to build strong customer relationships and expand adoption of Autodesk solutions\nFluency in English; and German language is essential.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities effectively\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to diverse audiences\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdditional knowledge of Autodesk desktop tools and/or Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)\nExperience using Autodesk AEC tools (for example, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD) in real-world project environments\nExperience delivering engaging technical training and enablement programs for enterprise customers\nExperience identifying opportunities to improve AEC workflows through Autodesk Forma\nExperience collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams\nDemonstrated ownership, adaptability, and a growth mindset\nPassion for helping customers learn, adopt new technologies, and achieve successful outcomes\nLearn More\nAbout Autodesk\nWelcome to Autodesk!
