# Software Engineer (Java, AWS, Search)

Job description: We are looking for a Software Engineer – Search Infrastructure to join Autodesk Platform Services. In this role, you will help build a modern, scalable search platform that powers search experiences across Autodesk's industry clouds – Fusion, Forma, and Flow. Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and operation of highly scalable, distributed, data-intensive microservices. Implement technical solutions iteratively, from design and coding to testing and deployment, while following engineering best practices for resiliency, scalability, and security. Adopt industry best practices to write clean, maintainable code. Partner with Senior Engineers, Technical Leads, and Engineering Managers to design and implement technical solutions that drive business outcomes. Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) for large-scale microservices through monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization. Participate in an on-call rotation and assist with the detection and resolution of production incidents.
