About the role

As our digital platform continues to expand across 27 European markets, driving organic search visibility and technical excellence remains critical to our e-commerce leadership. To keep pace with search engine algorithm updates and scale our digital reach, we are strengthening our organic marketing strategy and expanding our core search capabilities. We need hands-on technical expertise to optimize our complex site architecture, improve content performance, and unlock new traffic growth patterns.

To achieve this goal, we are hiring a Middle SEO Specialist to take ownership of site performance, keyword rankings, and organic growth initiatives. In this key individual contributor role, you will analyze search results, evaluate traffic trends, and implement 360-degree SEO techniques-including metadata optimization, indexing, link building, and internal architecture improvements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with development, content, and translation teams to refine site sections, automate workflows, and execute technical requirements under the guidance of our Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to increase organic site traffic, search engine rankings, and quality conversion rates.
• Conduct detailed SEO audits and competitor analyses to identify growth patterns, build optimization strategies, and prepare site structures for search engine algorithm updates.
• Perform keyword research, latent semantic optimization (LSO), and search intent analysis to create clear briefings and density requirements for copywriting teams.
• Write, review, and test technical requirement tasks for developers and designers to improve internal site architecture, indexing, and new section rollouts.
• Build, monitor, and maintain custom SEO performance reports in Power BI to track traffic, search positions, and campaign ROI for dedicated site projects.
• Automate recurring operational tasks using Regular Expressions, custom scripts, and Google Sheets formulas to streamline research and reporting workflows.
• Mentor junior team members, review task execution, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal development, translation, and content departments.

Core Capabilities & Skills

• Mid-level professional experience in search engine optimization with a strong track record of driving organic traffic growth in e-commerce or digital environments.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture optimization, indexing management, on-page structuring, and LSO semantic analysis.
• Proficiency in creating clear technical tasks for software engineers and UI/UX designers, accompanied by strong task decomposition and testing abilities.
• Hands-on experience using data visualization and analytics software, such as Power BI, alongside Google Sheets formulas and Regular Expressions.
• Ability to mentor lower-level team members, review output quality, and work collaboratively across cross-functional departments like content and localization.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English language skills (written and verbal) to communicate clearly with international colleagues across regions.
• Familiarity with industry-standard SEO documentation, catalog data, and knowledge-sharing platforms like Confluence.
