In this role, you will act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all business functions regarding quality-related topics at this location. Your mission is to ensure operational continuity and facilitate communication for both regular warehouse operations and Private Brand specific actions. This role requires you to be fully immersed in daily shop-floor operations, driving quality processes, and actively challenging the operational status quo.\nTeam Leadership: Guide, coordinate, and coach the QA team in their day-to-day operations.\nOperational Continuity: Ensure continuity and effective communication for standard warehouse operations as well as Private Brand specific actions, including incoming inspections, NCR-product management, and QRAR handling.\nQuality & Standardization: Execute daily quality operations, maintain standardization, and proactively improve process standards across the warehouse.\n Performance Monitoring & Problem Solving: Monitor product and process quality performance by reporting daily, running root cause analyses, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Investigate the causes of non-conformances and implement effective solutions.\nMetrics & KPIs: Track quality assurance metrics. Set productivity targets and KPIs for the Quality team to ensure high efficiency, and implement QRQC standards for root-cause quality problem-solving.\n Culture & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with OHESS (Occupational Health, Environment, and Safety Standards) principles and reinforce this attitude within the Quality department.
