If you're ready to join a dynamic team and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a hands-on Senior Data Engineer to join our Data team, to own and lead AutoDS's end-to-end data infrastructure and drive our evolution toward an AI-native data platform.\nAs the sole Data Engineer, you will manage our data pipelines, build AI-ready semantic and context layers, and develop AI agents to automate Data Engineering workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Engineering: Own and optimize data pipelines, ingestion, transformations, and infrastructure using Snowflake, dbt, and Rivery.\nData Architecture: Build and maintain semantic and business context layers, ensuring structured, trustworthy, and AI-ready data.\nData Governance: Establish data lineage, taxonomy, metadata management, documentation, and quality standards.\nAgentic AI: Design and deploy AI agents for pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, data quality, documentation, and dbt development.\nBrain AI Integration: Enable analytics agents to discover, understand, and reliably consume company data.\nRequirements\n5+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience with end-to-end pipeline ownership.\nAdvanced dbt, Snowflake, SQL, and Python skills.\nExperience with semantic layers and data modeling\nHands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.\nStrong data architecture, governance, and automation skills.\nExperience in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.\nStrong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of your domain's initiatives \n A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.\n A passion for staying current with emerging technologies and best practices, and independently adapting them to the organization’s needs.\nReady to take your career to the next level with AutoDS?
