You will coordinate the repair process, communicate recommendations clearly, and ensure customers receive a professional and positive experience from start to finish.\nThe Role\nGreet customers and create a positive first impression.\nListen to customer concerns and perform initial walk-around inspections.\nPrepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations.\nExplain repairs, maintenance needs, costs, and timelines clearly.\nCommunicate with customers throughout the repair process.\nObtain approval before additional work is completed.\nCoordinate closely with technicians to maintain shop flow and productivity.\nMonitor work in progress and help minimize comebacks.\nFollow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction.\nBuild strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.\nMaintain accurate customer and vehicle records.\nAssist with parts ordering, warranty documentation, and customer transportation when required.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.\nFollow all shop, safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For:\nOutgoing, confident, energetic personality.\nExcellent communication and people skills. \nPrevious customer-facing experience; automotive experience is preferred.\n1-2 years of automotive service experience preferred.\nStrong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair. \nComfortable discussing pricing and repair recommendations.\nOrganized and able to multitask in a busy environment.\nProfessional appearance and positive attitude.\nStrong computer skills; Protractor experience is an asset. \nValid driver's licence with a clean driving record. \nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMust be legally eligible to work in Canada.\nThe right personality matters.\nWe can teach the technical details to someone who is willing to learn.
