We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Advanced Project Buyer.\nIf you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:\nEnsures production capacity at our suppliers for all parts under responsibility ordering in a timely manner necessary equipment (both capacity and replacement):\n\nAnalyzing at least once per quarter the global data and take the proper decision for equipment acquisition.\n\nUse historical data and multiple sources of information in order to improve or extend the forecast visibility.\n\nAlign with global strategies of Product Area teams before launch.\n\nNegotiate equipment cost contributing to limitation of investments and aligning to the budget.\n\nDrive/order changes at suppliers requested by internal or external customers as resulted out of studies meant to improve robustness or reduce costs.\n\nEnsures that implementation of additional capacity is done before risk identified through forecast analysis and escalate properly when additional bottlenecks are identified.\n\nStrong connection with suppliers for good planning and coordination\n\nResponsible for Autoliv Sourcing and Purchasing Process (ASPP)\n\nResponsible for Purchasing deliverables in AS7 projects, e.g.:\n\nFeasibility discussions\n\nSourcing (supplier nomination) process\n\nIssue Purchase Orders\n\nPPAP submission\n\nPerforms Sourcing Process (AS57) within project targets (Quality, Cost, Time) and Commodity strategy.\n\nEnsures PPAP package delivery in time.\n\nStrives to Purchasing KPIs fulfillment.\n\nSeeks VEVA opportunities/cost improvement within projects or current production\n\nPromotes and search for standardization, process improvements and innovation\n\nRepresents business interests of both ALV and suppliers\n\nBuilds partnership and maintains collaborative relationship within organization and with suppliers\n\nActive member in project cross functional teams\n\nand if you have/are:\nTechnical University Degree (preferable)\n\nAdvanced communication skills in English\n\nFlexible and adaptable\n\nPurchasing experience in Automotive industry (preferable)\n\nAnalytical thinking\n\nPersuasion and coordination skills\n\nGood interpersonal and negotiation skills\n\nTeam works oriented & embraces cultural diversity\n\nOrganized, agile, committed & motivated person\n\nAble to handle pressure and meet critical deadlines\n\nThen we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.\n\nOur international work environment can offer you challenging and rewarding opportunities.
