You will need to deliver effective solutions, continuous quality improvements, and excellent customer support to achieve quality and business objectives.\n Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve :\nIt ensures that all customer requirements are respected and promoted within the organization.\n\nManages all aspects of complaints received from the client and drive root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)\n\nGathers and prepares the traceability information required by the customer.\n\nAnalyze customer returns, warranty claims, and quality performance metrics.\n\nEnsure compliance with customer-specific requirements, industry standards, and internal quality procedures.\n\nSupport internal and external audits and customer visits.\n\nCollaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and production teams to resolve quality concerns.\n\nMonitor quality KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\n\nPrepare and present quality reports, action plans, and customer responses.\n\nParticipate in new product launches and ensure customer quality requirements are met.\n\n If you have/are:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related field).\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality environment.\n\nKnowledge of quality tools and methodologies: 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP.\n\nComputer operating knowledge - Microsoft Office Package - Advanced level.\n\nAdvanced English level (C1/C2).\n\nOpen, responsible, organized person, flexibility, team spirit, involvement.\nWe will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.\n\nIn our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
