We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Customer Quality Engineering Intern.\nIn this role you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Quality team in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers, driving problem-solving activities, monitoring quality performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.\nShould you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:\nSupport the Customer Quality team in handling customer complaints and quality-related requests.\n\nAssist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality performance data.\n\nParticipate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.\n\nContribute to the preparation of quality documentation, reports, and customer presentations.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and product quality.\n\nIf you have/are:\nUniversity student or recent graduate in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related technical field.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) and German.\n\nProactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.\n\nWe will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.\nIn our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
