The immediate request is for analysts to provide hardware on-site support as well as shipping, receiving, break/fix, and configuration support for multiple clients.\nThe candidate(s) will support scanning incoming and outgoing product shipments as well as imaging and setting up systems for internal ASD users. The candidate will work daily on-site in Huntsville, Alabama.\nKey Responsibilities\nThis position will require the candidate to provide technical support to include, but is not limited to, the following areas:\nTablets\n\nTime Clocks\n\nDMP Panels\n\nCCTV Cameras\n\nWindows 11 operating systems\n\nMicrosoft and Google products\n\nServiceNow\n\nCandidate(s) shall stay informed of all changes to Logistics Center processes and procedures. In addition, the candidate(s) must maintain records of time entries. Previous technical experience with computer hardware is highly desired.\nRequired Qualifications\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\n\nMust be decisive, conscientious and interact well in a team environment\n\nHave a strong desire to learn and ability to follow policies and procedures\n\nMust have a strong working knowledge of and experience with computer hardware and peripheral devices in a diverse environment\n\nMust be self-motivated and self-driven\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nAble to work in a fast paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent is required.\nAn Associate degree in a Technical or Computer Discipline or related field is preferred.\n1-2 years of experience preferred with:\nEnterprise level Help Desk\n\nOnsite Support\n\nExperience with CCTV is strongly preferred\n\nWindows 11 operating systems\nCertification(s) preferred but not mandatory\nCompTIA Security+, MCITP (Enterprise Desktop Support Technician), A+, HDI Desktop Support Technician\n\nAdditional Requirements:\nAble to work Monday - Friday, anytime between the hours of 7AM and 6PM CST as needed.\n\nAbility to lift a minimum of 50lbs.\n\nAbility to work while standing or moving for extended periods.\n\nReferences upon request\n\nWhy ASD?\nFounded in 1987, Automated Systems Design, Inc.
