We are looking for a Director to lead the team that builds and sustains that readiness through technical training and enablement of our partners. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead a team of 4-5 Enablement Principals who work with partners every day to run webinars, bootcamps, and workshops, and you will deliver key sessions and lead senior partner discussions yourself. \nYou will also set the strategy for partner technical training, make sure the team runs consistently through shared playbooks and a clear program calendar, and keep company leadership informed on focus areas, progress, and results. Training content is created by other teams, primarily Automation Anywhere University, so the focus of this role is delivery and outcomes: more certified practitioners, more successful partner deployments, and more published customer success stories. \nLocation:\nBangalore, India (Eastern Time shift) \nWho You’ll Report To:\nCo-founder and Chief Customer Officer \nYou Will Make an Impact By: \nLeading the team\nCoaching and developing the team of Enablement Principals through session reviews, direct feedback, and a regular operating rhythm \nBuilding playbooks, templates, and checklists for each session type, and owning the program calendar, so quality is consistent across the team and across regions \nDelivering key webinars, bootcamps, and workshops yourself, and leading Center of Excellence forums and senior conversations with strategic partners \nActing as the escalation point for complex partner engagements and high-stakes implementations \nSetting strategy and driving results\nOwning the Partner Technical Training strategy and roadmap, with targets for certified practitioners, successful deployments, and proof and engagement, reported by partner and by track \nTiering programs by partner type: live, plan-driven engagement for strategic partners and global system integrators; live onboarding and workshops for priority partners; and digital learning paths from Automation Anywhere University for the wider partner ecosystem \nGrowing the number of certified practitioners at priority partners, and publishing time-to-ready for each track and then shortening it \nTracking live implementations with partners and internal delivery teams, measuring whether projects are successful, on time, and delivering value, and raising the share of projects delivered without Automation Anywhere help \nDriving proof and engagement by getting customer success stories published, growing partner activity each quarter, and meeting partner training requests within an agreed turnaround.\nWorking across the company and managing upward\nWorking with the Channel organization to prioritize partners using pipeline, engagement, and readiness data \nPartnering with Professional Services so partners are trained to the same delivery standards as our own delivery teams, and with Sales Enablement to build a shared view of partner sales and technical readiness \nWorking with Automation Anywhere University, Product, Partner Account Managers, and Customer Success to use the training content they create and to feed back the gaps seen in the field \nAdvising company leadership on where partner technical training should focus, and reporting progress with clear insight into what is working and where the gaps are. \nYou Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:\n16+ years of relevant technical experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, implementation delivery, or technical training. \nExperience hosting and presenting technical webinars, bootcamps, and workshops for audiences from small groups to large forums \nExperience running enablement or training as a repeatable system, with playbooks, calendars, and measurement that keep quality consistent across a team \nExperience coaching senior technical individual contributors across multiple geographies \nStrong technical knowledge of enterprise integration (APIs, web services, and databases), solution architecture, and cloud fundamentals \nFamiliarity with agentic AI, RAG, and AI evaluation frameworks, and the ability to explain them clearly to a technical audience \nExperience working with global system integrators, software vendors, or regional resellers, and facilitating discussions across multiple Centers of Excellence \nExperience running tiered enablement programs that mix live and digital delivery across a large partner base \nExperience with certification or credentialing programs and with measuring outcomes such as certification rates, time-to-ready, and delivery success \nExperience setting baselines where none exist and reporting progress to senior leadership \nThe ability to work Eastern Time hours and collaborate with colleagues across the US, EMEA, and APJ. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Agentic Process Automation (APA) on the Automation Anywhere platform \nAutomation Anywhere platform certifications or prior experience delivering Automation Anywhere implementations \nBackground as a practitioner (developer, automation engineer, solutions architect) who moved into training and enablement \nReady to Revolutionize Work? \n This is an opportunity to work with a global, passionate team pioneering technology that’s redefining the way people work, everywhere.
