experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership\nLead architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale distributed systems and modern web applications.\nEstablish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.\nDrive technical strategy and influence product and platform roadmaps.\nConduct architecture reviews and ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance.\nMentor senior engineers and contribute to technical growth across engineering teams.\nBackend Engineering\nDesign and develop microservices, APIs, and event-driven
