Known for delivering advanced control systems integration projects across 40+ countries, the business has built a strong reputation for technical excellent, innovation and high-performance industrial solutions.\nControls & Automation Engineer - The Role:\nThis is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll work across the full lifecycle of control system projects-from design and development through to testing and commissioning.\nYou’ll be working with modern PLC and SCADA technologies, contributing to complex automation systems used in real-world, global applications.\nDesign, program, test, and commission PLC control systems\nDevelop SCADA and HMI applications\nTroubleshoot and optimise existing automation systems\nSupport installation and commissioning activities\nWork with modern SCADA platforms such as Ignition and WinCC\nContribute to control strategies and system architecture\nControls & Automation Engineer - The Person:\nWe are seeking applications from Control Systems Engineers preferably skilled with Siemens TIA portal who are looking for a stable, cash rich company who will provide you with a laid back, flexible environment along with plenty of support for development. You will have:\nSolid ability to write PLC & HMI from concept\nPreferably you will also be competent with SCADA software design\nAbility to understand and modify electrical drawings\nPrevious site experience including commissioning\nCompetent to work autonomously\nHave excellent customer facing skills\nThis is an office based position. Standard working hours are 7.30-4.30 with an early Friday finish. All expenses are covered along with an additional daily allowance when on-site. On a 25% travel year, you can expect to add an additional £6k to your salary.
