Then read on, it's closer than you think!\nYour responsabilities:\nAs Project Manager you are accountable for delivering Automation’s prefabricated data center solutions from customer order through installation, commissioning, and acceptance on site\n\nYou manage customer relationships as its single point of contact in the company and you act as interface between your customer and internal departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Service, etc.\n\nYou lead and animate a Project Team composed of Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Service representative to ensure the project is delivered within quality, time and budget to a satisfied customer.\n\nYour main tasks:\nReview technical and commercial offer content to ensure feasibility and alignment with project execution needs\n\nLead the full project lifecycle: from contract review, through engineering, procurement, production, installation, commissioning and handover to Service\n\nCoordinate activities between sales, engineering, supply chain, production, and installation teams.\n\nReview and challenge technical documents to ensure feasibility, quality, and alignment with customer requirements.\n\nMaintain regular communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and third parties (contractors, suppliers).\n\nOrganize and run project status meetings, steering committee meetings, and escalation meetings as required.\n\nEnsure deliverables comply with Automation’s engineering standards and customer contractual requirements.\n\nMonitor project financials, including actuals, cost-to-complete, invoicing and margin.\n\nActively participate to the creation and improvement of Project Management standards, tools and processes\n\nRequirements\nYou are:\nIn possession of a master's degree in Engineering (civil engineer electricity / electronics or mechanical)\n\nYou have 5-10+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in an industrial, international and multicultural environment\n\nAn excellent knowledge of Project Management methodologies, PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus\n\nYou have a strong technical understanding (mechanical, electrical, and/or control systems) and willingness to always update it\n\nYou are able to challenge designs, and verify execution\n\nBudgeting, forecasting and cost control hold no secrets for you\n\nYou describe yourself as customer oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (including C-level exposure)\n\nYou have a problem-solving mindset, are autonomous, proactive & hands-on\n\nYou are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French\n\nYou are willing to travel (+/-10 % of your time)\n\nOur offer:\nWe offer you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and image of Automation, where unique challenges lie ahead for you!\nYou work for renowned clients in Belgium and abroad.\nMoreover, you end up in a company with a flat structure.
