Eastern and Central time zones are preferred.\nThis is asix-month remote contract opportunity within the United States.\nThis is an hourly contract with an expected pay range of $30 - $40/hour.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experiencedHigh-Volume Recruiter to support frontline and operational hiring across multiple locations.\nThis is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role for someone comfortable managing a large requisition workload, partnering with multiple hiring managers, and moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple locations and hiring managers.\n\nOwn the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-employment follow-up.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and provide regular recruiting updates.\n\nProactively identify aging or stalled requisitions and develop strategies to increase candidate flow.\n\nSource candidates using job boards, outreach, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.\n\nMaintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.\n\nManage candidates through the recruiting process with consistent communication, urgency, and follow-up.\n\nMonitor recruiting activity including pipeline, interviews, offers, hires, requisition aging, and time-to-fill.\n\nIdentify hiring barriers and partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to resolve them.\n\nEnsure recruiting activities and job postings are completed in accordance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements, including pay transparency requirements.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.\n\nHigh-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.\n\nExperience recruiting within retail, automotive, sales, hospitality, operations, or similar environments preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage a large requisition workload and multiple hiring managers simultaneously.\n\nStrong sourcing, candidate outreach, organization, and follow-up skills.\n\nComfortable working toward defined recruiting metrics and service expectations.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to build credibility with hiring managers.\n\nExperience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology; Workday experience preferred.\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment while remaining responsive and engaged with the broader recruiting team.\n\nAutoNation is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment in our workplace and the services we provide.
