T This role focuses on automating manual workflows, building scalable reporting solutions, and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations that improve how HR operates and makes decisions.\nThe ideal candidate combines a continuous improvement mindset with hands-on technical expertise, consistently seeking smarter ways to work and bringing those solutions to life.
