This role bridges strategy and execution to optimize inventory effectiveness, support profitable growth, and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead enterprise pricing and inventory initiatives, driving operational execution, performance, and business outcomes across AutoNation's dealership network.\nProvide strategic oversight of pricing and inventory model outputs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market conditions, and operational priorities.\nPartner closely with Operational Measurement resources to assess model effectiveness, outcomes, and performance trends.\nServe as the primary business leader connecting field operations, market leadership, and the Pricing & Inventory Data Science team.\nTranslate business insights and operational feedback into actionable recommendations that drive model enhancements, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nMonitor business outcomes and identify opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness, inventory turn, inventory and profitability.\nPartner with the Pricing & Inventory Data Science leader to validate assumptions, evaluate opportunities, and optimize enterprise performance.\nDevelop and oversee reporting, performance metrics, and governance processes to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.\nDrive alignment between enterprise strategy, analytical recommendations, and field execution to support consistent performance across markets.\nSupport communication, organizational readiness, and adoption efforts associated with pricing and inventory initiatives.\nDemonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.\nAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.\nKnowledge, Skills & Capabilities\nStrong understanding of pricing strategy, inventory management, retail operations, and business performance drivers.\nAbility to interpret complex analytical insights and translate them into practical business strategies and operational actions.\nStrong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.\nDemonstrated ability to influence decisions and build alignment across a highly matrixed organization.\nExceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.\nAbility to effectively partner with technical and non-technical teams to drive business outcomes.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.
