Fundamentals :\nStrong proficiency in modern C++ (17/20)\n\nExperience with ROS/ ROS 2\n\nSolid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and numerical methods\n\nExperience developing software that runs on real robots, embedded systems, or hardware-in-the-loop setups\n\nComfortable working with raw sensor data (timing, noise characteristics, transforms, calibration)\n\nStrong debugging skills: runtime issues, latency, performance bottlenecks, integration failures\n\nAbility to architect clean, modular, maintainable software systems\n\nRobotics Foundation :\nUnderstanding of at least one robotics domain: state estimation, perception, tracking, planning, control, sensor fusion, or integration\n\nAbility to reason about real-time behavior, latency budgets, and reliability requirements\n\nEnd-to-end thinking: understanding how individual modules affect the whole system\n\nNice to have\nPython for tooling or prototyping \nExperience with robotics middleware or real-time
