This is a founding design role with strong emphasis on product logic, systems thinking, and end-to-end collaboration with engineers.\n🛠️ What You'll Do Translate complex financial logic and backend systems into intuitive user flows\n\n Design dashboards, workflows, and visual systems for payments, orchestration, and automation\n\n Build and maintain our scalable design system in Figma (aligned with React components)\n\n Collaborate with engineers on real-world UX states — success, failure, pending, retry\n\n Prototype and validate features with real data and user context\n\n Participate in product discussions, shaping user journeys before pixels are drawn\n\n Uphold usability and domain accuracy as the standard for design quality\n\n 🎯 What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience designing digital products with complex logic (fintech, B2B SaaS, or data-heavy systems preferred)\n\n Strong product and systems thinking — you design for states and workflows, not just screens\n\n Deep Figma expertise (Auto Layout, Variants, Tokens, Components)\n\n Ability to translate backend logic, APIs, and data models into coherent user experiences\n\n Excellent communication and documentation skills (Linear, Figma, Slack)\n\n Comfortable working directly with engineers and iterating quickly without handoffs\n\n 🌟 Bonus Points Experience in fintech, payments, or compliance-related products\n\n Exposure to analytics or developer tooling\n\n Understanding of design-to-code workflows (React component parity, tokens)\n\n Strong interaction or motion design craft (Framer, ProtoPie, etc.)\n\n Our Hiring ProcessWe focus on real-world collaboration, not design showreels.
