You’ll:\nSupport a team of Senior, L2, and L1 Developers in their development and goals. \nProvide individual team members with support and guidance in their roles and the tasks that they undertake. \nDrive and develop best practices. \nLine management \nImplementing & Testing the AutoRek core financial management solution. \nReview and sign off solution designs. \nDirect project build team and oversee build effort. \nOwnership of defect triage and defect management through the acceptance testing phase. \nAct as first line of escalation outside of project for technical issues.\nLead peer reviews. \nTech Stack You'll Work With:\nMS SQL\nSSRS / Power BI\nLow-code configuration tools\nData querying and manipulation\nSQL performance tuning\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nFinTech, SaaS, or Finance background.\nIndustry based reconciliation development or other reconciliation software tool experience \nProven experience delivering configuration/code on time and within budget. \nExperience acting as a technical lead on projects. \nLine management of small teams. \nStrong understanding of the phases of the software development and implementation lifecycle. \nStrong understanding of the Change Control Process to identify any movement of agreed scope. \nStrong understanding of developing personal development plans, goals, and objective setting. \nStrong MS SQL, data querying & data manipulation.\nStrong time management and recording skills. \nOwnership of & adherence to individual and team planned efforts. \nBenefits\n26-day annual leave package, Flexible bank holidays - plus public holidays and your birthday off\nSalary exchange pension scheme \nThe option to buy extra annual leave days\nCompany Bonus Plan\nEmployee Nominated On-The Spot Bonus Program.
