The person in this role needs to be technical enough to follow architecture discussions and design docs, but is focused on execution, not code. You'll be the person the team trusts to turn ambiguous priorities into a real plan and hold everyone accountable to it.\nResponsibilities\nOwn program status across engineering and research workstreams, proactively identifying risks and unblocking progress before they threaten a milestone\n\nTranslate customer commitments into clear internal priorities and timelines\n\nAct as a technical bridge between engineers, researchers, and customer facing stakeholders\n\nPartner with engineering leads and researchers to turn ambiguous priorities into concrete, sequenced plans\n\nKeep leadership informed on progress, risk, and delivery timelines\n\nInstill a culture of shipping reliably: clean, tested, production ready work, on schedule\n\nQualifications\nExperience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Technical Program Manager at a fast moving software or AI company\n\nComfort reading technical specs, architecture docs, or PRs well enough to follow the conversation\n\nTrack record of holding technical teams accountable to deadlines without being their manager\n\nStrong organizational instincts and excellent communication skills across technical and non technical stakeholders\n\nA natural ability to build trust and rapport with engineers and researchers\n\nComfort operating in ambiguity at an early stage startup with a small, fast moving team\n\nBias toward action and follow through\n\nRecommended Qualifications\nExperience supporting teams with live enterprise customers and real SLAs and commitments\n\nPrior experience as a software engineer or in a hands on technical role before moving into program or project management\n\nFamiliarity with AI and ML product development cycles\n\nBenefits & Perks\nOur comp is competitive against major LLM frontier lab packages\n\nUnlimited PTO and flexible working arrangements\n\nConference attendance and publication support\n\nOur Culture\nWe’re a team of passionate researchers, engineers, and operators working to automate scientific discovery.
