You will work closely with partners and teams across Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure orders are accurate, completed on time, and meet agreed SLAs.\nThis role goes beyond order processing. You will take ownership of order-related issues, coordinate across teams to resolve them, and help improve the quality and efficiency of how we work. As a senior member of the team, you will also support colleagues and explore how automation and AI can improve our processes and service to partners and customers.\nJob Responsibilities:\nOwn the order and booking process from purchase order receipt through validation, booking, and warehouse release, ensuring accuracy and completion within agreed SLAs.\nReview purchase orders, commercial terms, delivery requirements, and documentation, identifying and resolving missing information, changes, risks, and exceptions.\nCoordinate with partners, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure orders move smoothly through execution and delivery.\nTake ownership of complex or time-sensitive orders and issues, keeping stakeholders informed and coordinating the right teams through to resolution.\nUse operational data to identify recurring issues, delays, and process gaps, and help improve and standardise how the team works across regions.\nSupport the development of the team through knowledge sharing and process expertise, while identifying opportunities to use automation and AI to improve quality, accuracy, and efficiency.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of relevant experience in sales support, order management, commercial operations, customer service, logistics, or a similar operational environment.\nExperience managing purchase orders and sales orders, including order changes, discrepancies, exceptions, and coordination across multiple teams.\nExperience working with ERP and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an advantage.\nStrong operational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple priorities, following issues through to resolution, and working within agreed SLAs.\nExperience with process improvement, automation, or operational excellence, with an interest in using AI and digital tools to improve ways of working.\nExperience working in a global or international environment, coordinating with stakeholders across different functions, regions, and time zones.\nWe offer:\nA Collaborative and Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone’s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.\nWork-Life Balance & Well-being: We offer health insurance and a generous pension plan, prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.\nA Creative and Safe Workplace by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway’s first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.\nInternational and Supportive Environment within a Norwegian multinational that values collaboration and innovation.\nThis role can be based remotely in Germany or the UK, with occasional travel to an AutoStore office.\nApplication deadline: October 31st .
