You will also analyze P&L activity to identify the root causes of variances to budget/forecast and highlight trends, communicating your findings to the Senior Financial Analyst.\nPerform Ad Hoc Analyses: You will complete ad hoc analyses, including data extraction and manipulation, as requested, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.\n What We’re Looking For:\nEducation: You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting\nExperience: You have 2-3 years in accounting, finance, or auditing (internship experience acceptable)\nTech Savvy: You have advanced proficieny in MS Excel\nDetail-Oriented & Organized: You have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills: You have strong research, analytical, and problem-solving
