  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate maintenance records, audit files, and safety documentation.
  • Manage facility maintenance budgets, including purchasing parts, equipment, and materials while negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Research and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to improve equipment performance and facility efficiency.
  • Monitor facility conditions to proactively identify and resolve potential operational issues.
  • Ensure continuous operational improvement in automated control systems and material handling equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ Years: Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with CMMS systems for preventive maintenance program implementation.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts as needed.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel for training and facility support.

You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:

  • Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with Automated Control Systems and PLC-based material handling systems.
  • High-Volume Experience: 5+ years managing maintenance operations in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Inventory & Budget Oversight: Expertise in Maintenance Inventory Management and budget control.
