preventive maintenance. \nEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate maintenance records, audit files, and safety documentation. \nManage facility maintenance budgets, including purchasing parts, equipment, and materials while negotiating vendor contracts. \nResearch and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to improve equipment performance and facility efficiency. \nMonitor facility conditions to proactively identify and resolve potential operational issues. \nEnsure continuous operational improvement in automated control systems and material handling equipment. \nWhat We’re Looking For:\nMinimum 5-7 Years: Experience in a maintenance leadership role, overseeing team performance and operational efficiency. \n4+ Years: Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. \nTechnical Expertise: Hands-on experience with CMMS systems for preventive maintenance program implementation. \nSoftware Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \nFlexibility: Ability to work various shifts as needed. \nTravel Readiness: Willingness to travel for training and facility support. \nYou’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:\nAutomation Knowledge: Familiarity with Automated Control Systems and PLC-based material handling systems. \nHigh-Volume Experience: 5+ years managing maintenance operations in fast-paced
