communicate and prioritize assignments, safety issues and extra tasks\nMentor, train and develop Advisors for career progression\nDevelop and share best practices across shifts\nDrive continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost and delivery\nCommunicate new policies and procedures to Advisors and AutoZoners\nMaintains a safe working environment while ensuring AutoZoners are implementing those practices including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)\nAbility to work in a Safety Sensitive environment\nOther duties as assigned\nMinimum of 5 years successful experience in a distribution/warehouse experience\nMust be flexible for shift schedule\nCross functional experience overseeing multiple areas simultaneously\nExperience operating Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE)\nExceptional people skills with the ability to communicate effectively\nUnderstand the demands of a fast paced work environment involving receiving, stocking, inbound, outbound, replenishment, returns/recalls, etc.\nP&L management experience preferred.\nBilingual preferred, Spanish and
