Your work ensures that the right materials arrive on time, are accurately tracked, and are distributed where they’re needed. You’ll collaborate closely with Facilities leadership, technicians, and administrative staff to keep operations running seamlessly. From entering work orders to generating PeopleSoft reports, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our department. No two days look exactly the same-this is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping things on track.\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory & Materials Management\nOversee ordering, receiving, reconciling, and distributing materials.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.\nTrack stock levels and anticipate replenishment needs.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.\nFacilities Operations Support\nEnter and manage work orders; dispatch technicians or service providers.\nAssist with scheduling personnel, maintenance activities, and resource allocation.\nSupport space planning, including tracking and assigning SSC cubicle numbers.\nMonitor facility equipment, supplies, and workspace needs.\nCross-train to serve as backup for the Facility Services Coordinator.\nReporting & Administrative Support\nMonitor expenses and prepare inventory and budget reports.\nCreate and maintain PeopleSoft reports for the Facilities Group.\nMaintain documentation for audits, compliance, and operational tracking.\nSupport additional projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nServe as a point of contact between facilities, vendors, and internal teams.\nCommunicate updates, issues, and needs clearly across departments.\n What We Are Looking For\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy.\nA collaborative mindset and willingness to support team needs.\nMaintenance or facilities experience preferred.\nFamiliarity with PeopleSoft is a plus.\n\nYou’ll Go the
