As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of key business capabilities and technology solutions of services/applications with deep focus on architecture, production operations, capacity planning and performance management. Ability to solve complex problems, provide technical solutions, identify improvements and work on implementing your recommendations and collaborate well with other IT teams, Architects and business partners will be the key qualities\n Collaborate with Development teams to create new and continuously improve products, including planning, testing, staging and deployment.\n\nDevelop new features, scaling, automation and self-healing processes for sites and systems.\n\nIdentify and Implement code/configuration changes to improve performance and reliability as necessary.\n\nReview code and designs from other members on the team.\n\nWork with offshore team to hand over the tasks and reviewing the deliverables.\n\nAdvocate for top-notch design standards and lead process improvements in collaboration with architects and Application Engineers\n\nCoordinate with product owners and business partners to gather requirements and document them as needed.\n\nWork with offshore team to hand experience in the role of a Software Engineer or similar utilizing Java, Spring, ATG, Linux/Unix, RDBMS is a must.\n\nExperience in Spring Boot, WebLogic, Apache/Nginx is highly preferred.\n\nHands on cart, checkout, payment is must and having knowledge on BCC is preferred.\n\nExperience in designing/developing/Supporting high volume applications.\n\nExperience with scripting (Shell, Python etc.) and good understanding of Unix/Linux is preferred.\n\nAbility to quickly troubleshoot critical production issues spanning applications/infrastructure and tune high volume online applications.\n\nHands on experience using version control tools such as Git or similar is must.\n\nPrevious experience in working on an Agile team is a desired.\n\nStrong ability to collaborate and openly communicate cross-functionally, particularly with Operations teams.\n\nStrong work ethic, high sense of urgency, driven, self-motivated, highly accountable with initiative and passion.\n\nRelease Automation Engineering experience working with tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Puppet is preferred.\n\nExperience in web application development and implementing high level designs for IT solutions.\n\nFamiliarity or experience in frontend and backend application development and troubleshooting\n\nExperience with monitoring tools (DynaTrace, Splunk, ELK, APM, etc.) is
