workflows, and product capabilities. \nSupport the definition and tracking of product metrics to evaluate performance and inform future enhancements. \nEscalate risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns to appropriate stakeholders while helping drive resolution. \nWork closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended. \nLeverage customer feedback, research, analytics, and testing results to support product enhancements and prioritization decisions. \nAdvocate for the customer while balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and operational needs. \nStay informed on digital product trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product delivery. \n Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n3+ years of experience working on digital products, product delivery, business analysis, or related roles. \nExperience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and supporting Agile delivery teams. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. \nExperience using data, customer feedback, and analytics to support product decisions. \nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to
