Follow completion of project through 25-year lifecycle of the warranty contracts. Work with Procurement teams on various RFP’s (Request for Proposal) etc...\nEffectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved\nTrack and report on project milestones and provide status reports\nLead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis\nDetermine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved\nDevelop tools and best practices for project management and execution\n What We Are Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nFive or more years of project management, energy management, facilities, construction, utilities, or related industry experience.\nStrong understanding of energy systems, energy distribution, and their impact on organizational performance and operating costs.\nAbility to assess, monitor, and report on environmental impact, sustainability initiatives, and energy-related policies.\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear insights and recommendations.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership teams.\nExceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.\nProven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across cross-functional teams.\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 20%.\nYou'll Go the Extra Mile If You Have\nExperience managing large-scale energy efficiency, sustainability, utility, or renewable energy projects.\nKnowledge of solar energy systems, energy procurement, utility programs, or energy savings calculations.\nExperience with capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and financial analysis.\nFamiliarity with contract negotiations, vendor management, and professional services agreements.\nWorking knowledge of sustainability reporting, environmental compliance, or corporate energy management programs.\nProject management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent.\nExperience leading RFP processes and managing third-party vendors.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets and performance reporting.\nPassion for sustainability, continuous improvement, and driving measurable business
