Using data, reporting tools, and strong operational knowledge, you'll identify opportunities to reduce loss, strengthen controls, and improve compliance across multiple store locations. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical thinking, relationship building, attention to detail, and the ability to influence positive change throughout the region.\n Partner with field and store leadership to implement and maintain loss prevention and safety programs throughout an assigned region.\nAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs), exception reporting, and shrink data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for loss reduction.\nConduct loss prevention investigations involving internal and external theft, utilizing appropriate investigative techniques and documentation.\nPerform regular Loss Prevention and Safety audits to identify risks, ensure compliance, and implement corrective actions.\nMaintain a strong field presence through routine store visits, participation in regional meetings, and collaboration with operational leaders.\nMonitor point-of-sale (POS) exception reporting and other reporting tools to detect potential fraudulent or dishonest activity.\nDevelop and recommend strategies, controls, and procedures to minimize losses involving merchandise, cash, and company assets.\nOversee the functionality and maintenance of security systems, including alarms, electronic article surveillance (EAS), and CCTV equipment.\nSupport new store openings, store relocations, and store closings by ensuring compliance with operational and loss prevention standards.\nAssist in supervising regional loss prevention personnel and addressing organizational and operational challenges.\nEnsure all incidents involving company asset loss are appropriately identified, investigated, documented, and resolved.\nProvide training and coaching to store teams on loss prevention awareness, safety standards, and operational compliance.\n What We Are Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Asset Protection, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of three years of retail loss prevention experience.\nExperience supporting multiple store locations within a retail environment.\nStrong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions.\nKnowledge of retail operations, safety practices, and loss prevention methodologies.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness and ability to travel approximately 60%, including some overnight travel.\nYou'll Go the Extra Mile If You Have\nProfessional certifications such as Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Loss Prevention Qualified (LPQ/LQ), or Loss Prevention Certified (LPC).\nWicklander-Zulawski or Reid Interview and Interrogation certifications.\nExperience conducting complex internal theft investigations and large-scale shrink reduction initiatives.\nAdvanced experience using exception-based reporting, retail analytics, and investigative software.\nDemonstrated success influencing operational teams and driving measurable improvements in loss prevention performance across a multi-store region.\nCompensation Range: $68,400-$119,700
