Roles may vary by project and assignment.\nThis may include, but not limited to:\nDevelop, plan and/or maintain software applications and/or systems; debug, design, code, test, write specifications, roll-out software, and production support.\nTechnical services; software, hardware and network architecture design and maintenance; security operations.\nStore engineering, coding based on design provided and roll-out implementation.\nAccurate work planning and execution; accurate project and time tracking.\nResponsible for the development of less experienced AutoZoners; mentor and teach.\nResponsible for defining code specifications and how systems will be constructed.\nConduct code reviews.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred\nTypically requires eight to fifteen years experience based on consistently demonstrated capabilities.\nKnowledge of MS Office.\nExpert proficiency with the AutoZone software, architecture and methodology.\nTechnical skills may include experience with one or more of: UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cobol, Java, MS SQL, C, C++, Informix, Greenplum, Hadoop, ATG, QT4, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2/SQL, JCL, CSP, CICS, TCP/IP, Networking and LAN administration.\nAdvanced problem solving, domain technical and analytical skills.\n Advanced expertise in at least one technical area.
