They are responsible for training and developing Program Auditors, ensuring the team is productive and meets its audit obligations, and oversight of our audit program. This includes continual updates to the audit scope and methodology. The ideal candidate brings strong Property & Casualty insurance knowledge, audit expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and external program partners.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree with specialization in accounting, finance, insurance, risk management, business, or related area.\n5+ years of experience in insurance, with direct experience in program oversight, underwriting, compliance, or audit.\nPrior leadership or supervisory experience in the insurance industry managing audit, compliance, or underwriting teams.\nStrong
