At auxi, we are on a mission to transform the way consultants, and investment bankers use PowerPoint with the most powerful AI-powered productivity software.\nauxi is seeking a Sr. Designer based in India who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and to support the execution of high-quality creative across marketing, sales enablement, events, and digital channels. This is a high-impact, highly visible role. You will work directly with the VP of Marketing and VP of Ops to shape creative direction, own projects end-to-end, and produce world-class design across every touchpoint of our brand and product.\nThis is not a role for someone who waits for direction. You will be the creative engine behind a growing SaaS company, raising the bar, shipping work you are proud of, and helping build a design culture that scales.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and deliver high-quality marketing and sales assets\nPartner directly with the VP of Marketing to define and evolve the company's creative direction\nLead complex, multi-faceted design projects across marketing campaigns from brief to delivery\nElevate the overall quality of visual and interaction design across all company touchpoints\nEstablish and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and component libraries that ensure consistency at scale\nDesign high-quality marketing assets across digital and print, including landing pages, paid ads, social content, email campaigns, and presentations\nOptimize visual design in Webflow, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive experiences\nCreate motion graphics, animated GIFs, and video assets using After Effects to support campaigns and product storytelling\nOwn the production of all company-related design assets with speed and precision\nCreate custom design assets required by clients and internal teams, including icons, illustrations, UI templates, interactive demos, GIFs, and website enhancements\nCollaborate with the ops and customer success teams to develop client-facing deliverables like PowerPoint decks, and QBRs\nTranslate complex product concepts into clear, compelling visuals that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences\nProduce and edit demo videos that showcase product features in a clear, engaging, and visually compelling way\nHandle end-to-end video editing for marketing and sales content, including cuts, transitions, text overlays, sound design, and final export across formats and platforms\nExecution & Delivery\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and consistently hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality\nTake ownership of work from concept through final delivery with minimal oversight\nThrive in ambiguity and turn a rough brief, a Teams message, or a whiteboard sketch into something great\nWhat We're Looking For\n3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and/or product design, with a strong track record at SaaS companies or fast-growing startups\nBased in India with excellent written and spoken English, communicating clearly, proactively, and confidently with senior stakeholders\nExpert-level proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Photoshop, PowerPoint and After Effects used as daily tools\nDemonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end, from creative concept to final execution\nExperience creating a wide range of assets: illustrations, icons, isometrics, interactive demos, motion graphics, and web design\nA sharp eye for detail and a high personal bar for quality\nExperience partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape creative strategy, not just execute it\nAbility to mentor and elevate the work of junior designers\nA portfolio showcasing breadth and depth across web, motion, brand, and custom illustration work (strongly preferred)\nNice to
