You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and craft tailored strategies that leverage Auxia’s AI-driven platform to optimize customer engagement, activation, and retention.\nYou will work alongside our Forward Deployed Engineer to guide clients through solution design, implementation, and optimization phases, ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable impact. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients unlock new growth opportunities and maximize the value of their partnership with Auxia.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop tailored strategies using Auxia’s AI-driven platform to drive customer engagement, activation, and retention, aligning with each client’s unique goals\n\nServe as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the platform’s capabilities and helping them achieve measurable, strategic results\n\nContinuously analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes\n\nCollaborate with enterprise clients to understand their growth objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement\n\nCapture and translate customer feature requests into product requirements, and communicate roadmap updates back to customers\n\nFacilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions, empowering clients to fully utilize Auxia’s platform and drive long-term growth\n\nSupport our Forward Deployed Engineers to guide customers through solution design and implementation\n\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by recognizing additional client needs and areas for further partnership expansion\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in a consulting, investment banking, or growth role focused on enterprise growth and engagement\n\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience building relationships and influencing senior client stakeholders\n\nAnalytical mindset, comfortable working with data to derive insights and measure success\n\nComfort with slicing data to investigate and validate impact;
