Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Account Manager role based in Delhi. The Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution. Typical activities include understanding customer business needs, coordinating with technical and delivery teams, tracking project and service milestones, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of IT infrastructure and security solutions. The role involves monitoring account performance, preparing reports and presentations, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, and supporting renewals and upsell initiatives. The Customer Account Manager will also handle escalations professionally, maintain accurate account documentation, and contribute feedback to improve processes and services.
Qualifications

• Strong account management skills, including Account Management and Customer Satisfaction, with experience handling multiple client relationships.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data, service metrics, and business requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, manage expectations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer Support capabilities focused on responsive issue handling, proactive follow-up, and maintaining long-term customer trust.
• Experience in IT services, infrastructure, or security domains is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office applications, and basic understanding of IT infrastructure and security concepts.
