The Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution. Typical activities include understanding customer business needs, coordinating with technical and delivery teams, tracking project and service milestones, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of IT infrastructure and security solutions.
