As a workstream owner, you will be translating the functional requirements into the architecture, design, development, and delivery of RPA, IDP, BI, and other solutions to our clients. Select and utilize recognized technologies and methods to deliver work products in the following areas of the application development lifecycle (design, construction, system and integration testing, implementation, and support and maintenance) addressing complex business/technical requirements.\nResponsibilities\nProvide Subject matter expertise automation technology such as UiPath, MS Power Automate, Database, REST API, and BI tools.\nCreates and maintains Solution Design Documents (SDD) and project estimates.\nIdentifies and communicates the technical infrastructure requirements and drives the strategic and tactical roll-out of the automation solution to department/functions.\nDefine coding standards, policies, and procedures.\nSupport practice directors with account strategy.\nLeads Practice Knowledge Sharing sessions.\nWorks within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.\nMentors and coaches lower-level developers through performance evaluations, reviews, 1:1’s, and other forms of performance management.\nEnsures quality of coded components by overseeing thorough unit testing.\nAnalyzes, understands, and documents the business processes in detail where required.\nManages a team of developers and tracks project deliverables in a timely manner.\nAssists in creating content for demonstrations with existing and potential clients, including POCs, presentations, case studies, blogs, or additional sales material or resources.\nSkills and Experience\nMust Haves:\nEnglish - Spanish Language (Oral and writing 85 % or higher), (B2+ or above).\n3+ years of experience in related fields, i.e software development, DBA, BI, Data science, and other automation tools.\nHigh School diploma.\nAble to build automations without direction.\n4+ years of experience in UiPath\n3-5 years of coaching & managing direct reports on assigned projects.\nExperience in managing teams.\nUiPath Developers training\nUiPath RPA Developer Continuous Learning training\nUiPath Document Understanding Overview training\nUiPath Test Manager Foundation training\nUiPath Automation Developer Professional training\n UiPath Certified Professional accreditation\nUiPath Citizen Developer Foundation training\nUiPath Document Understanding Deep Dive training\nUiPath RPA Citizen Developer Technologies training\nUiPath Automation Project Manager training\nUiPath Sales training\nUiPath Pre-Sales training\nMicrosoft Power Platform Fundamentals training\nMS Power Automate training program\nNice to Haves:\nExperience with MS Power BI and database design\nExperience with MS Power Automate\n6+ months of experience in development (i.e., .Net/Visual/SQL/HTML/Macros)\nConsulting experience\nStrong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication\nAbout Auxis\nAuxis places a high priority on employee growth and development, fostering an environment where you can advance in your career.
