You will translate business and service-line priorities into product strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that can be delivered at scale.\nYou will work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and Advisory leaders across areas such as Transactions, Transformation, Cyber & Risk, BPO/Managed Services, and AI & Data.\nAlthough the role supports the US Advisory roadmap, you will work with global stakeholders to ensure products and capabilities can scale across regions.\nResponsibilities\nProduct Management\nOwn the roadmap, backlog, and delivery for a group of capabilities within the Advisory product portfolio.\nLead products from discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nDefine clear problem statements, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.\nPrioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and available resources.\nPartner with Engineering and Data teams to plan delivery, manage dependencies, and maintain quality.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.\nEstablish strong standards for product discovery, prioritization, documentation, and delivery.\nLead the team's product operating rhythm, including planning, reviews, prioritization, and stakeholder updates.\nHelp Product Managers grow their skills and take greater ownership of their products.\nStakeholder & Business Partnership\nAct as a product partner for one or more Advisory service lines.\nTranslate business and commercial objectives into clear product outcomes.\nPartner with US-based Product and Advisory leadership to align priorities and roadmap decisions.\nBuild strong relationships with Engineering, Data, Design, and other cross-functional teams.\nGlobal Product Development\nDesign products with global requirements and scalability in mind.\nPartner with the Global Product Lead and international stakeholders on shared standards, dependencies, and opportunities for reuse.\nHelp ensure products can scale globally rather than requiring separate solutions by region.\nDiscovery & Measurement\nConduct customer and internal stakeholder discovery to understand business and user needs.\nWork with delivery teams and clients to validate product opportunities.\nDefine success metrics and track adoption, quality, and business value.\nUse data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product portfolio.\nSkills and Experience\n7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring Product Managers.\nProven experience delivering B2B, enterprise software, or platform products from concept through launch.\nStrong experience with product discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, and roadmap management.\nExperience working closely with Engineering and Data teams.\nExperience incorporating AI / GenAI capabilities into products.\nFamiliarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including D365, Azure, or Fabric, is a plus.\nExperience using modern rapid-prototyping tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, or similar platforms.\nExperience working in a distributed or nearshore delivery model.\nFluent professional English, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders across LATAM and the US.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience in Advisory, consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology.\nExposure to transactions and due diligence, risk and compliance, transformation/ERP, or managed services.\nExperience working with shared platforms, data platforms, or products supporting multiple business lines.\nExperience working with global product teams and cross-regional
