operational KPIs, dashboards, and service metrics.\n· Lead problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.\nTechnology & Innovation\n· Drive API-led integrations.\n· Leverage automation and AI-driven operational efficiencies.\n· Evaluate emerging identity security capabilities.\nPeople Leadership\n· Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers.\n· Conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.\n· Support talent development and succession planning.\nSkills and Experience\nRequired Qualifications\n· English level B2+\n· 7-9 years of IAM/IGA experience.\n· 5+ years of Saviynt hands-on experience.\n· Proven experience with enterprise implementations.\n· Strong technical expertise in:\no REST APIs\no SQL\no Identity Lifecycle Management\no Role Management\no Certification Frameworks\no SoD Governance\no Cloud Identity Services\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Saviynt Certified Professional.\n· Experience working in multinational environments.\n· Exposure to M&A identity
