You will be empowered by our collaborative culture and commitment to excellence to shape the future of our internal products, fostering agility and innovation in a rapidly evolving professional services landscape.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with partners to create product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating business priorities into sequenced delivery plans.\nOwn and manage the product backlog for a single product or major capability-writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features based on business value and resource constraints.\nApply domain expertise to design and develop highly specialized analytics tools and products for niche business areas.\nProvide subject matter expertise to guide the development of complex, business-specific solutions.\nLead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements, and user pain points.\nRegularly update stakeholders on product progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.\nSupport training and enablement efforts to ensure successful product adoption.\nIdentify delivery risks and work with partners to define mitigation strategies.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful feature delivery.\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities and inform product decisions.\nAnalyze product metrics and user feedback to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.\nBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, manage integrations, and provide input on buy-vs-build decisions.\nMonitor emerging technologies to identify applications for business problems.\nCoordinate with external partners for outsourced development initiatives.\nImplement and refine product development methodologies to improve delivery processes.\nAI & Data Specialization\nThis role carries an AI and Data specialization. Depending on assignment, you may also:\nSupport delivery of AI-enabled or automation solutions by translating business workflows into clear product requirements.\nPartner with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.\nAssist in evaluating automation opportunities by assessing feasibility, risks, and expected business impact.\nEnsure AI-enabled features align with firm standards, governance, and responsible AI guidelines.\nMonitor performance and adoption of AI-enabled features to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.\nSupport delivery of data products or analytics capabilities, including dashboards, reports, or data-driven workflows.\nDemonstrate foundational awareness of machine learning concepts-including LLMs, NLP techniques, and common model types-sufficient to understand how data- and model-driven capabilities support product requirements and user outcomes.\nCollaborate with Data and Engineering partners to deliver data- and model-enabled features, incorporating guidance on model behavior, testing considerations, and quality signals into day-to-day product work.\nTranslate business questions into well-defined data product features and user stories.\nSupport backlog prioritization for data initiatives based on business value, dependencies, and data readiness.\nUse data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure product outcomes.\nSkills and Experience\nQualifications\n\n English B2+/C1\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\n5-8 years of experience in product management or a closely related role, preferably in a professional services environment.\nExperience owning delivery for a major capability, including backlog management and day-to-day prioritization.\nStrong understanding of product management frameworks and Agile methodologies.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.\nExperience creating and maintaining product roadmaps and sequencing work based on business priorities and constraints.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze product metrics and user feedback to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, change management).\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment at the product level.\nFamiliarity with common product and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nFluent professional English;
