Context)\no Deliver data and analytics initiatives through PMO demand, delivery, and reporting services\no Manage programs involving data platforms, pipelines, analytics tools, and reporting solutions\no Coordinate across data engineering, analytics, business stakeholders, and platform owners\no Support delivery of dashboards, reporting, data products, and data enablement initiatives\no Manage dependencies across source systems, data quality, and integration points\no Ensure governance, change, and operational readiness are addressed as part of delivery\no Provide consistent PMO reporting for initiatives with iterative or evolving scope\nPreferred Experience\no Experience delivering data, analytics, or reporting initiatives\no Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, BI tools, or analytics ecosystems\no Experience managing iterative delivery aligned to business consumption\nDemand Intake & Initiation\no Execute approved demand following PMO intake, prioritization, and funding workflows\no Validate scope, objectives, dependencies, delivery model, and success criteria\no Ensure alignment to platform roadmaps and portfolio priorities\nProject & Delivery Management\no Own end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure\no Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking\no Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including GDC resources and vendors\nFinancial & Resource Management\no Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and delivery variance\no Coordinate resource plans within established capacity and demand constraints\no Support capitalization, forecasting, and financial governance processes\nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management\no Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-initiative dependencies\no Drive mitigation plans and escalate decision points as required\no Maintain transparent RAID reporting aligned to PMO standards\nGovernance, Reporting & Controls\no Produce standardized PMO reporting (status, milestones, financials, KPIs)\no Support stage gates, portfolio reviews, and governance forums\no Ensure adherence to PMO delivery standards and auditability requirements\nChange & Operational Readiness\no Coordinate with Change Enablement and Release Management\no Ensure testing, cutover, communications, and readiness activities are planned and executed\no Support post-deployment stabilization and transition to operations\nSkills and Experience\nSkills\nEnglish level B2+\n Strong enterprise project management and PMO delivery expertise\nProven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk\n Familiarity with PMO and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)\n Experience working with vendors and distributed / GDC delivery teams\nStrong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.\nEducation / Professional Experience/ Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)\n 5-8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment\nExperience operating within formal PMO governance and delivery
