the business\nResponsibilities\nProject Planning and Management\nLead and manage full project lifecycle across IT migration and transition initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.\nIdentify, track, and report project risks and issues, with clear mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors.\nEnsure testing plans, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures are defined and executed.\nTechnical Oversight\nProvide oversight on infrastructure design decisions and technology configurations.\nEvaluate current-state environments against best practices and recommend improvements.\nGuide technical teams during implementation, ensuring quality and consistency.\nFacilitate knowledge transfer sessions and oversee creation of technical documentation.\nDocumentation and Reporting\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation including assessment reports, transition procedures, and lessons learned.\nEnsure all documentation meets client standards and is kept current throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport the development of training materials for internal IT teams and end users.\nDeliver regular status reports and project dashboards to leadership and stakeholders.\nSkills and Experience\nMust-haves:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder reporting and executive updates.\nDemonstrated experience leading end-to-end IT projects, from planning through go-live and hypercare.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure or service delivery.\nProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.\nSolid understanding of IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and service desk operations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nBilingual B2+ English (Spanish)\nNice to Haves:\nPMP or equivalent project management certification.\nAgile or hybrid delivery certifications.\nExperience managing large-scale IT migrations or service desk transitions.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft endpoint management technologies and cloud-based IT tooling.\nKnowledge of ITSM best practices and IT infrastructure standards.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a distributed team.\nFlexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.\nStrong organizational skills and capacity to manage parallel
