This role involves solutioning, automating and resolving escalated service issues, and maintaining efficient operations management.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and define operating runbooks. \nCoach junior engineers for issue resolution. \nResponsible for designing and defining operating runbooks. \nBe available for other engineers and coach them to resolution. \nProvide L2 troubleshooting and escalated support for datacenter operations, WAN/LAN connectivity, and security. \nManage queue and ticket prioritization. \nConduct root cause analysis and maintain device performance. \nAssist with client migrations and complex projects. \nDeploy, maintain, and lead cloud & on-premises data center solutions. \nProvide recommendations to improve client operating environment and datacenter technologies. \nSupport the sales team in solution opportunities. \nManage complex technical problems. \nProvide monthly analytics reports of team performance & capacity. \nOversee the compliance of Auxis operating processes. \nProvide technical training for the team. \nStay updated on relevant technologies. \nMake recommendations for performance improvements and automation.\nSkills and Experience\nExperience:\n6+ years working experience in a related field. \nStrong experience with Microsoft server operating systems, MS Entra ID, Linux, virtualization, and Cloud Technologies. \nProven experience with large, complex server-based cloud environments. \nExperience with creating documents such as server procedures. \nParticipate in 24x7 on-call support rotation. \nEducation:\nComputer Science, Engineering, IT bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. \nTechnical Skills:\nAdvanced skills in monitoring system performance and backup technologies. \nStrong knowledge of virtualization and Cloud operations. \nScripting abilities in languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, BAT, etc. \nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. \nKnowledge in ITIL. \nAdditional Requirements (depending on role):\nLinux \nKnowledge of Linux distributions: Red Hat, Amazon Linux, CentOS \nAbility to write scripts using languages such as Shell, Python, etc. \nKnowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP \nWindows \nKnowledge of Windows versions: 2012 and above. \nScripting abilities in languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, BAT, etc. \nKnowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP. \nKnowledge of Windows Active Directory and MS Entra ID. \nRequired Technical Proficiencies:\nAzure Administrator or above. \nAWS SysOps or above. \nITIL 4 Foundations \nLanguage Skills:\nEnglish Level B2+\nAbout Auxis\nAuxis prioritizes employee growth and development to help you advance your career.
